​How do I submit my Passport Diary?

It’s easy! Chronicle your travels over seven days and report back to us with all the details. Keep in mind that all Passport Diaries published on our site are anonymous.
We post your age, location, destination, daily diary entries, and trip details but never your name or contact information. This information is only provided to our Passport Diary editors, who may reach out with questions.

Before submitting your Passport Diary, please read and consider our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Submission of your Passport Diary does not guarantee publication. Should your Passport Diary be selected for publication, we may, at our sole discretion, elect to pay you a fee, subject to such further terms and conditions as deemed necessary. Passport Diaries that are not published are not entitled to receive payment. Once published, Passport Diaries cannot be removed. By submitting your Passport Diary, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
​Tips for tracking your travels:

Record where you went, what you did, and how you felt for each day of your trip. The more detail you provide, the better understanding we get of your journey—which is what makes a Passport Diary exciting to read.

We encourage you to include daily itineraries, meals you enjoyed, cultural experiences, and any memorable interactions. If you traveled with a companion, include their contributions to your trip story. Don't forget to share highlights like special purchases, unique activities, or moments of reflection during your travels. Please aim to keep your Passport Diary between 3,000-5,000 words.​
